Apart from the 3 studios, the complex offers extensive ancillary rooms, which can be used as lounges and/or offices as required. The main area consists of an open, loft-like part, with three large rooms that are connected to each other. The studios and all adjoining rooms are accessible from this central main area with reception and kitchenette.

The bright conservatory offers a pleasant place to relax between shots, or serves as a meeting or office space. The inner courtyard area was laid out with a stone floor and planted in a stepped garden in the rear area. An original highlight, not only for visitors, is a designer toilet with a TV screen built into the floor. The complex also has a fully equipped bathroom.
